PracticeThread

For Australian migration agents

It drafts. It files. It follows up.

PracticeThread is practice management for Australian migration agents — with an AI that does the work, not a chatbot.

15 minutes, on your matters, no obligation.

Built for OMARA-regulated practice — every client-facing draft is released by a registered practitioner, never by the machine.

Hero, wide: vast ivory paper-dune landscape, low horizon; the copper origami crane just leaving the ground at right-third, a faint thread-line of shadow trailing back to the fold it rose from; enormous calm negative space top-left. Mood: dawn, held breath, the second before departure.

The week you know

Your evenings belong to the paperwork.

  • A lodgement window doesn’t send a reminder. It just closes.

  • When OMARA asks for a client file, “it’s across three inboxes and a spreadsheet” is not an answer.

  • The enquiry you’ll answer on Thursday chose another agent on Tuesday.

The assistant

Not a chatbot. A colleague who does the paperwork.

A real morning on a real matter — the assistant reads, drafts, flags and follows up, and shows its reasoning at every step.

  1. Read Nguyen passport.pdf — suggested 6 facts to the client file.

Each with the source line quoted, confidence scored, waiting for your review. Nothing overwrites what you've verified.

  2. Drafted the submission letter for the Nguyen partner visa matter.

From the facts on file and the participants on the matter — ready for practitioner review.

  3. Flagged: health examination window closes in 12 days.

This matter's clock, not a generic reminder.

  4. Sent a follow-up to Priya A. — police certificate still outstanding.

Third gentle nudge, on the schedule you set.

  5. Replied to a WhatsApp enquiry and booked a consultation.

New lead captured to the pipeline with the conversation attached.

Assistant is drafting
MIG-2026-0412

Anyone on your team can ask the assistant to draft. Only a registered practitioner releases it.

Sign-off, lodgement and client-facing releases are gated to practitioner-designated members — your MARN, your name, your call. The assistant works; you remain the agent of record.

The platform

Everything a migration practice runs on.

One place for winning clients, working matters and keeping the record straight.

Document intelligence

Upload a passport or certificate and the assistant extracts the facts, quotes its evidence, and files suggestions to the client record for your review — nothing overwrites what you’ve verified.

Matters

Every engagement with its own applications, participants, statuses and clocks — archived, never deleted.

Living client files

Facts are dated, sourced and verified entries — not form fields. You always know what you know, and how.

Unified inbox

WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries land in one place, attached to the person and the pipeline.

Knowledge

Ask across migration legislation and get grounded answers — the assistant’s library, open to you.

Lead forms

Branded enquiry forms on your own link — and your existing Google Forms sync into the pipeline.

Agreements

Send costs agreements for e-signature and watch their status from the matter — no printer, no scanning.

Content studio

Draft social posts and generate on-brand images from your practice’s real expertise, in minutes.

How it works

Running in an afternoon, not a quarter.

1

Lay out the paper.

Set up your practice, invite your team, and bring what you have — documents, enquiry channels, your existing forms. Fifteen minutes, no migration project.

2

Watch it fold.

The assistant reads what arrives, builds the client file with sourced facts, drafts what’s needed and watches every matter’s clock. You see each step and its reasoning — nothing happens in the dark.

3

You release it to fly.

Review, sign and release — lodgement-ready work with a registered practitioner’s judgement on it, and a clean record behind it.

Overhead still-life on cream paper — a neat stack of ivory documents mid-transformation, the top sheet half-folded into an origami crane, precise crease shadows; one copper crane already complete beside the stack, as if it did the folding. Mood: quiet industry, work happening by itself.

Pricing

Two plans. Priced after we’ve earned it.

Numbers land with the product on 19 July. What won’t change is how we treat you.

Solo

Pricing at launch

For the practitioner who runs their own practice.

Everything the assistant does, for one agent.

Practice

Pricing at launch

For teams.

Adds roles, member management, and practitioner sign-off — plans gate team size, never capability.

What we’ll never do

  • Never meter your caseload — clients and matters are unlimited on every plan.
  • Never gate the AI — the assistant is on every plan, not a premium add-on.
  • Never charge for read-only — viewers are free.
  • Never hold your files hostage — export is always available, trial or not.

15-day trial, no card. Want your numbers first? Request a demo.

Questions

Asked by agents, answered plainly.

When does PracticeThread launch?

19 July 2026, for Australian migration agents. Demos are available before launch — request one and we'll walk you through the product on a matter type you run every week.

How does the AI drafting actually work?

The assistant drafts letters and submissions from the verified facts on the client file and the participants on the matter. Every draft shows its reasoning, and nothing client-facing leaves the practice until a registered practitioner reviews and releases it.

Does it help with OMARA record-keeping?

The record is the product's spine: client facts are dated, sourced and verified entries; matters are archived, never deleted; documents keep their provenance. When you need to produce a client file, it is one place, not three inboxes and a spreadsheet.

Who stays responsible for advice and lodgements?

You do. PracticeThread is practice-management software — it does not provide immigration assistance. Sign-off, lodgement and client-facing releases are gated to practitioner-designated members with a registered MARN.

Where is my client data stored?

In Australia. PracticeThread runs in Australian data centres (AWS Sydney region), and your client files are never used to train AI models. Export is always available — your files are never held hostage.

What will it cost?

Two plans — Solo and Practice — with pricing announced at launch on 19 July. The principles are fixed already: the assistant is on every plan, clients and matters are never limited, viewers are free, and the 15-day trial needs no card.

See it work your matters.

Twenty minutes, your practice’s shape: bring a matter type you run every week and we’ll show you what the assistant does with it — drafting, document reading, deadlines, follow-ups — and exactly where the practitioner stays in control.

No payment details — launch includes a 15-day free trial.
